Overview. Litigation has been a cornerstone of Fraser Stryker's practice. In 1965, seven of our nine lawyers had experience as trial lawyers. Today, the Firm has a very talented group of more than twenty trial lawyers. Our litigation experience ranges from aviation to zoning, and our trial attorneys handle cases in numerous jurisdictions and venues. These attorneys are able to take complex cases and break them down into understandable facts and sound legal arguments.

For example, several of our lawyers are members of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers by nomination and election.
