Emily focuses her practice on business and corporate law and provides services to the Firm's clients in nonprofit and charitable organizations, real estate law, employee benefits & ERISA, and labor and employment law. Emily completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2011, where she received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science and minors in Business and Economics, high distinction. Emily earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014, highest distinction. While at the College of Law, Emily served as Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review, assisted clients in the College's Entrepreneurship Clinic, and received numerous honors and awards. Emily was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association in 2014 and the Iowa Bar in 2016.
