Mark O'Siochain focuses his practice on domestic and international corporate and commercial transactions for clients ranging from multinational corporations to small businesses. Mr. O'Siochain's practice areas include strategic mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital financings and debt restructuring, corporate governance, and compliance with international trade regulation including anti-bribery and foreign corrupt practices regulation.

Mark is a member of our Business and Corporate Law practice group where he provides practical legal advice and counseling in the following areas:

  • Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures

In his practice Mark represents a diverse range of clients in a variety of industries, from entrepreneurs and startups to large corporations, at all times recognizing that every transaction, regardless of size, is important to his clients.

His breadth of experience gives him the skills to identify and solve the critical issues for his clients and their businesses.

Outside of the office, Mark serves on the Board of Directors of the Common Fund of the Heartland and is a volunteer with the First Tee of Omaha. As a keen golfer and native son of the old sod, Mark likes to travel and play golf in Ireland whenever he has the opportunity.
