11-15-2012 Updated FCPA Guidance From SEC and DOJ

The SEC and DOJ released their long-awaited resource guide to the United States' Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"). The extensive guide provides information regarding the DOJ and SEC's interpretation and enforcement approaches to several aspects of the FCPA.
