Kate Dittrick, a Shareholder at Fraser Stryker, was featured in an article in the May 17, 2013, Midlands Business Journal explaining the pros and cons of employee monitoring tools in the workplace.

In addition to other advice provided, Ms. Dittrick noted that by "creating clear policies and notices to employees that all company systems may be accessed, monitored, or sporadically reviewed, employers can eliminate an expectation of privacy and avoid potential claims."
