Center Omaha
The
Firm has served as counsel from the inception
of Omaha's new $280 million convention center/arena
complex, now known as Qwest Center Omaha. Numerous
lawyers in the Firm helped structure the public/private
partnerships and the many contracts and financial
structures that supported this development. The
Firm also assisted in the negotiation and finalization
of the design and construction contracts for the

with Qwest, the leases with the two anchor sports
tenants of the Arena, the food and beverage service
agreements for the complex, and drafted all of
the different license agreements that are being
used for the hundreds of groups that annually
use the Qwest Center Omaha.
The

MECA (Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention
Authority), the nonprofit agency which manages
Qwest Center Omaha, and is proud to see Qwest
