Our attorneys find Omaha
to be a great place to live, blending the sophistication
of a large city with the flavor of a true Midwestern
community. From its early days as a frontier town
on the prairie, Omaha has grown to be the largest
city in the region with a metropolitan area exceeding
750,000 people.
Whether your tastes run toward opera,
symphony, ballet, concerts, museums, dining, boutiques,
a family outing at the zoo, or hiking nature trails,
Omaha offers something for everyone while maintaining
an affordable, pleasant-paced quality of life.
Omaha consistently ranks in the top 20 percent
of the best places to live (Places Rated Almanac).
Forbes magazine recently ranked Omaha
among the top 15 regions in the U.S. and rated
Omaha as one of the top 10 best places for business
careers (May 2003). Parenting magazine
has named Omaha as one of the top 10 cities in
the nation for raising a family. Redbook
has called Omaha one of the 10 best cities for
working mothers. Omaha also is one of the top
eco-cities in the nation based on air and water
quality, open space, and population stability
(E: The Environmental Magazine).
