Fraser Stryker has an extensive commercial litigation practice, handling virtually every type of commercial dispute. We have been involved in the defense of RICO claims against directors and officers of financial institutions and have defended multimillion dollar lender liability lawsuits, including the alleged fraudulent transfer of debtors’ assets. We have defended outside attorneys in a variety of malpractice actions. We have been involved in significant Sanitary Improvement District litigation ranging from the validity of warrants issued by the districts to contractual matters. We have been involved in litigation as a result of the dissolution of partnerships as well as disputes between shareholders of closely-held corporations. Fraser Stryker litigates issues of every nature, including those arising under the Uniform Commercial Code for sole proprietorships and small to medium-sized businesses.

Fraser Stryker has been actively involved in the defense of civil litigation on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insured entities since its inception. We have defended clients in cases involving medical, legal, accounting, and other professional negligence; automobile negligence; premise liability; product liability; fire loss; workers’ compensation; and pilots and aircraft manufacturers liability. Our attorneys have expertise in the defense of cases involving property damage and personal injury alleged to have resulted from exposure to toxic substances, such as latex, asbestos, lead, and chlordane. Our experience in cases involving fire and casualty coverage allows us to vigorously represent the interests of insurance carriers that have become subrogated to the rights of the insured in fire and other property loss situations.

Hailing from the east coast, west coast, and the south, Brandon settled in Omaha, Nebraska following completion of his undergraduate studies at Loyola University New Orleans and post-graduate studies at Creighton University School of Law. His attachment to Omaha resulted when he spent four months at Creighton University following Hurricane Katrina. Brandon is married and has two sons. Outside of work, he spends time with his family playing soccer, golfing, and cycling. He plays in three soccer leagues throughout the year and hopes to sneak in several more seasons before retirement from the pitch. On the weekend mornings, he will toil away at the golf course with his sons.
