Margaret (Maggie) Rossiter practices in the areas of business and corporate law, trademarks, estate planning and probate, trust and estate administration, and nonprofit and charitable organizations.

From formation to dissolution of business entities, including nonprofits, Maggie has a sincere desire to assist driven business clients.  She takes pride in cultivating a relationship of trust and long-term commitment with her clients.  From start-ups and small businesses, to women entrepreneurs and multi-generational family-owned companies, Maggie enjoys providing creative strategies to any business in need of legal guidance.

Maggie recognizes that legal clients deserve a high level of dedication from their counsel.  Her natural discernment and curiosity are evident in the way she approaches each of her client’s needs. From the start, Maggie carefully listens, asks her clients relevant questions, and ensures that her clients fully understand every step of the process.

Maggie earned her Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law in 2019, cum laude. Before beginning law school, she spent a year in Spain teaching English to grade school children, where she was able to utilize and improve upon her conversational Spanish skills.  As a proud Omaha native, Maggie takes advantage of the many opportunities and events the flourishing metropolitan community offers, particularly in the arts.  Maggie uses her creativity to perform in comedy improv shows and enjoys volunteering and time with family and friends.
