Mark advises clients in a variety of commercial matters from traditional procurement, distribution and licensing transactions to bet-the-company deals.

Mark also counsels clients on issues related to the formation and growth of their businesses and advises established and emerging companies in a range of corporate law matters and business strategy.

Mark’s practice extends across a wide array of industries, including extensive work in the telecommunications, energy, and technology sectors.

Mark has significant experience with international transactions, with activity in several countries simultaneously, including the United Kingdom, Canada, India, Singapore, China, Japan, Vietnam and Australia. He has advised clients on cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing and related global business matters.

Mark earned his law degree from University College Dublin, Ireland in 2004. Before joining the Firm, Mark began his career in New York with a prominent Wall Street law firm.
