Clint Cadwallader received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, with distinction, and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with distinction. Cadwallader’s practice focuses on business and corporate law, real estate transactions, and intellectual property.
Adam Grieser received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Creighton University, summa cum laude, and his law degree from Harvard Law School. Grieser’s practice encompasses several areas including Business and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Business Succession Planning.
Robert Futhey received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from Colorado State University, cum laude, and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law, cum laude. Futhey’s practice focuses primarily in complex civil litigation, including commercial, construction, and intellectual property disputes.
Emily Langdon received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude, and her law degree from Creighton University School of Law, cum laude. Langdon focuses her practice on employee benefits and ERISA, and assists her clients with matters related to health and welfare benefits, executive compensation, pension and retirement plans, wellness plans, and health care reform.
