Kristin M. Nalbach has joined Fraser Stryker in the practice areas of labor and employment law, litigation, commercial litigation, class action, and appellate.

When asked why she decided to join Fraser Stryker, Kristin said “I loved the summers I spent [as a summer associate] at the firm. The attorneys were all so easy to talk to and helpful. Following my judicial clerkship, I knew this would be a great place to continue my career in private practice.”

Prior to starting with the Firm, Kristin was a judicial clerk for Chief Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. at the Federal District Court for the District of Nebraska. She draws upon this firsthand experience to advise and support her clients through some of the most complex and stressful periods of their personal or professional lives.

Kristin earned her Juris Doctor, highest distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2020. While attending law school, she was an Executive Editor for the Nebraska Law Review and participated in the Nebraska Law National Moot Court Team. She received two undergraduate degrees, summa cum laude, from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business in 2017. During college, she studied abroad in Spain at Saint Louis University-Madrid in 2015. Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys entertaining family and friends, trying new recipes using some of her garden produce, and spending time outdoors with her husband.

Welcome to the Firm, Kristin!
