Fraser Stryker Welcomes Attorney Sarah M. Dempsey

Fraser Stryker PC LLO is pleased to announce that Sarah M. Dempsey has joined the Firm’s litigation practice group with a focus on commercial litigation, insurance defense and self-insured litigation, legal malpractice defense, professional negligence, personal injury/wrongful death, and commercial trucking defense.

Sarah is skilled in working with clients of all types, from those familiar with the litigation process to individuals who have never experienced the process. Using her effective communication skills, she takes time to understand the facts of the case, but also her client’s ultimate goals and the reasons why those goals are important to them.

Sarah received the “Rising Star” award from the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association in 2015. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Creighton University. Sarah is admitted to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys entertaining, spending time with her two children, cooking new recipes, wine tasting, and attending any type of live music event.
