Fraser Stryker PC LLO is happy to announce the recent promotion of three attorneys to partner status, effective January 1, 2020.
“We are honored to welcome these three talented attorneys as Shareholders,” said Michael Coyle, a partner at Fraser Stryker. “Each of them has the skill set and expertise that is so important to the success of our clients. We look forward to their continued contributions to our Firm’s growth.”
The attorneys elected to partnership are:
Ms. Crone leads the Firm’s Immigration practice. A graduate of the University of Nebraska School of Law, Ms. Crone focuses on business-related immigration issues, including immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visa petitions for employers in many different fields. Ms. Crone has carried out I-9 audits and regularly addresses concerns regarding I-9 and E-Verify process and compliance procedures. Ms. Crone frequently presents to human resource professionals on I-9, E-Verify, and immigration matters.
Ms. Crone has also practiced in the area of health care, including Medicare and Medicaid issues. Prior to entering the practice of law, Ms. Crone was employed by a health care marketing research firm, conducting focus groups with physicians, social service providers, and community members in order to determine perceptions of primary community health concerns as part of a community health assessment process.
Jacqueline M. DeLuca
Ms. DeLuca focuses her litigation practice on professional negligence, primarily legal malpractice defense; trust and estate litigation, products liability; commercial litigation; and personal injury. Admitted to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and South Dakota, Ms. DeLuca has successfully tried cases to verdict, defended such verdicts on appeal, and recognizes situations in which early, and sometimes pre-suit, settlement is in her client’s best interest. In such cases, she works to obtain the best settlement value her client can obtain.
Prior to joining Fraser Stryker, Jacquie served a two-year term as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard E. Dorr, United States District Judge for the Western District of Missouri, an experience that allowed her to obtain a unique perspective on what a judge is looking for when reviewing a case and, further, briefs submitted by parties.
Ms. McNamara’s practice focuses primarily on complex litigation in both federal and state courts in Nebraska and Iowa. This includes commercial matters, insurance defense, personal injury, construction, environmental, regulatory, and government enforcement litigation.
Prior to joining Fraser Stryker, Ms. McNamara served as an Assistant District Attorney in the State of New York, an Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice, and as a Senior Counsel and Assistant Vice President for a Fortune 500 Company. As a former federal prosecutor, Ms. McNamara has a unique background to effectively defend individuals and companies in white-collar matters, including governmental investigations or enforcement actions, whether criminal or civil in nature.
