Fraser Stryker attorney, David Mullin, recently presented to Nebraska Trucking’s Safety Management Council. As part of a training session covering Accident Investigation and Litigation, David was part of a panel of presenters that addressed the process of accident investigation from initial report through litigation. The session was held on November 13, at the Omaha Marriott in Regency. David Mullin has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in several different jurisdictions. Similarly, he has successfully obtained court-ordered dismissals and summary judgements on behalf of his clients. Despite his successes in the courtroom, David strongly believes that some cases are best resolved prior to trial. To that end, he has helped many of his clients in pursuing alternative methods of dispute resolution and has successfully resolved a variety of different cases. Experience includes: conducted on-site fatality investigation in IA and Neb., coordinated and facilitated numerous accident reconstructions, litigated numerous different types of truck accident cases including liability, damages, wrongful death / loss of consortium, truck / train accidents, and state and federal cases, and has significant jury trial experience in truck accident cases.
