Jordan Adam and Daniel Pauley Named as Ÿnsect’s U.S. Legal Counsel During Expansion into U.S. Market

Fraser Stryker attorneys Jordan W. Adam and Daniel C. Pauley are pleased to announce they have been named as United States Legal Counsel to Ÿnsect as they expand their mealworm production into North America. On March 29, 2022, Ÿnsect announced through a press release on their website that they acquired Nebraska-based Jord Producers, one of the largest mealworm producers in the U.S.

Founded in Paris, France in 2011, Ÿnsect is a leader in the production of insect protein and natural insect fertilizers. According to the press release, with the acquisition “Ÿnsect’s production portfolio grows to three vertical farms and one hatchery. The integration of Jord Productions will eventually allow Ÿnsect to significantly increase volumes of mealworm larvae production and, will also help pave the way into further entries into the petfood market, with ingredients like protein meal and oil expected to be approved for production in the near future in North America.”
