Partner Kate McNamara was in the most recent February 28, 2020 edition of the Midlands Business Journal. The article, entitled: “Work/life balance is critical for employees’ health”, was featured in the Young Professionals section of the publication.  McNamara, who also serves as president of the Academy of Young Professionals in Omaha, spoke of the importance of providing a flexible work schedule as a benefit for employees to “help restore mental health and promote work/life balance.”

Kate’s practice focuses primarily on complex litigation in both federal and state courts in Nebraska and Iowa.  This includes commercial matters, insurance defense, personal injury, construction, environmental, regulatory, and government enforcement litigation. Kate also provides businesses with in-house counsel services, advising corporate clients on disputes that may arise in the day-to-day course of business and assists clients in making the best practical business decisions in order to avoid the potential high cost of litigation.
