Fraser Stryker is pleased to announce the additions of Katherine A. Rehan and Nicholas J. Handrich to our growing business and corporate law practice.
Katherine A. (Katy) Rehan joins Fraser Stryker with over 10 years of experience counseling clients on transactional corporate matters for a variety of businesses, ranging from large franchise corporations to small startup entities. A member of the Firm’s business and corporate law practice group, Katy concentrates her practice on business transactions, contracts, real estate, data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property matters.
Using her skills and experience to advise clients through some of their biggest decisions in life, Katy values being a confidant to her clients. She knows how hard her clients work to achieve their goals and being able to support their success leaves her feeling proud at the end of every day.
Past interactions with Fraser Stryker’s attorneys led Katy to the corporate practice group. Katy said, “the high degree of legal skill and integrity exuded by the attorneys I’ve met from Fraser Stryker made the firm one I was eager to join.”
Katy graduated with a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2009. Prior to law school, she earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in journalism and political science from the University of Iowa. In her spare time, Katy loves DIY projects, listening to real estate podcasts, interior design, and crafting.
Nicholas J. (Nick) Handrich joins Fraser Stryker’s business and corporate law practice, focusing on contracts, technology and licensing, data privacy, cybersecurity, and mergers and acquisitions. With experience as an associate attorney and corporate counsel, Nick said he joined the Firm because “Fraser Stryker has a great reputation in Nebraska for its strong client base and culture. I have only heard good things and am excited to contribute to the firm’s strong history.”
Nick believes the greatest aspect of being an attorney is being able to help people and provide them with knowledge and guidance in times of need. He values knowing clients on a personal level and is always happy to spend additional time ensuring they understand the legal processes.
Nick received a J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2020. Prior to law school, he received his B.A., cum laude, in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Creighton University. Outside the office, Nick loves spending time with his wife, Abby, and their golden doodle, Nala. Nick is also a big fan of playing hockey and tries his best to watch every Pittsburgh Penguins game.
Please help us welcome Katy and Nick to the firm!
