SBA Releases Additional PPP and EIDL Borrower Loan Information

The Small Business Association (SBA) has released the specific loan information of Borrowers under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL). This release arises from a federal court ruling in early November.

The SBA released general information on PPP loans in July, and specific borrower information for PPP loans of $150,000 or more in August. These prior releases included the names in a range of loan amounts. These loan ranges started at “$150,000-$350,000” and went up to “$5-$10 million.”  The new release contains the names, addresses, and precise loan amounts of all PPP and EIDL borrowers.
