Fraser Stryker Attorney, Steve Bruckner, was a moderator for the “Future of Renewable Energy in Nebraska: A Public Power CEO’s Perspective” panel at the 6th Annual Wind Conference in Lincoln. Mr. Bruckner facilitated the panel consisting of Gary Gates from OPPD, Tom Kent with NPPD, and Doug Bantam from LES, where they spoke about Nebraska’s power public sector and its potential for today’s renewable energy needs.

Mr. Bruckner concentrates his practice in the field of energy, environmental, and natural resources law. His work includes complex environmental cleanup, enforcement, and citizen suit litigation.
