Abigail Bergstrom focuses her legal practice on litigation and appellate advocacy, drawing on her strong oral advocacy, legal writing, and analytical skills to help clients navigate complex legal matters. She approaches each matter with diligence and a commitment to understanding her clients’ needs and goals.
A Thoughtful and Persuasive Advocate
Abigail believes effective advocacy begins with careful listening and a thorough understanding of the issues. Her background in competitive speech and debate, trial and arbitration competitions, and legal writing has strengthened her ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate persuasively. She strives to approach each matter with compassion, preparation, and a genuine commitment to her clients.
Education and Advocacy Experience
Abigail earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2026, where she served as Managing Editor of her law review and completed several federal judicial externships. She also gained practical advocacy experience through trial and arbitration competitions. Abigail earned her B.S. in Strategic Communications, cum laude, from Liberty University in 2022. Her interest in law became personal after witnessing a close friend navigate the asylum process. That experience inspired her to pursue a legal career focused on advocacy and providing meaningful support to those facing challenging legal circumstances
Outside the Office
Outside of her legal practice, Abigail enjoys giving back through volunteer work. Abigail also enjoys golfing, running and staying active, painting, and making music. She plays the piano and guitar and enjoy singing whenever she has the opportunity.
