Fraser Stryker is excited to announce the addition of attorney Dillon C. Shea to the Firm’s Business & Corporate Law team. Dillon focuses his practice on real estate, title law, regulatory affairs, compliance, and insurance. He guides companies through legal and compliance issues with a steady focus on practical outcomes.
“I chose to come to Fraser Stryker because I knew a lot of great attorneys who work here,” said Dillon. “I really appreciate that Fraser Stryker is actively building a bench of talented lawyers from different backgrounds to drive the firm forward.”
Dillon previously spent more than 12 years at a national title insurance underwriter, where he supervised complex real property, title, and insurance litigation throughout the United States. His work improved lender compliance, reduced delays, and led to meaningful cost savings for the organization. His ability to quickly assess risks and provide practical solutions makes him a valuable addition to the Firm’s real estate and insurance practices.
He also brings a strong background in government and policy, having spent more than a decade in Washington, D.C., where he held positions as a legislative assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, a lobbyist for a national financial trade group, and a banking regulatory attorney. This perspective allows him to offer clients well-rounded insight rooted in both private and public sector experience.
When he is not practicing law, Dillon enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ sports, and traveling to the West Coast to visit family and friends.
Welcome to the Firm, Dillon!
