Terrence W. (T.W.) Huntington joined Fraser Stryker’s estate planning and probate, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, and real estate law practice areas.

T.W. decided to focus his law practice on estate and business succession planning after experiencing the difficulties of navigating the trust and estate administration process following a family member’s passing.

T.W. comes to Fraser Stryker with experience as an associate attorney with a focus on estate planning, real estate law, business, and tax law. Having worked for several years as a Trust Advisor and receiving a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association, T.W. brings a unique perspective and industry knowledge to his practice.

T.W. states that he chose Fraser Stryker because of “…the reputation of the firm and past experiences working with attorneys [at Fraser Stryker]….”

T.W. earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2013. Prior to law school, T.W. received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Creighton University. In his spare time, T.W. enjoys running, watching Huskers football and Creighton basketball, and spending time with his wife Alicia, daughter Isabel, and Samson, the family’s German Shepherd/Labrador Retriever mix.

Welcome to the Firm, T.W.!
