Marcia Shavlik Installed as Nebraska State Regent of Daughters of the American Revolution

Marcia Shavlik, a paralegal at Fraser Stryker, was installed as the Nebraska State Regent for the Daughters of the American Revolution at the organization’s annual conference in Washington D.C. last week.

 
 

During her two-year term, she will serve on the National Board of Management, helping advise and guide the work of the society.

The National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) is a lineage-based service organization founded in 1890 to promote historic preservation, education, and patriotism. With nearly 190,000 members in approximately 3,000 chapters worldwide, Daughters of the American Revolution is one of the world’s largest and most active service organizations.
