Fraser Stryker Adds Olivia Stanek to Litigation Practice
As a litigation attorney, Olivia Stanek represents clients in a variety of matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, and business and commercial litigation.
Olivia has a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex problems that allows her to navigate with strategy and precision. She focuses her practice on assisting clients to tackle intricate and complex situations by fostering a strong relationship with her clients and seeking a creative solution without hesitation. Her natural ability to read the people around her allows her to understand the people at the heart of a dispute and advocate accordingly. This approach, paired with Olivia’s tenacity and grit, provides clients with the peace of mind that she will do everything in her power to reach the resolution they seek. She ensures her representation is for her client’s benefit and uniquely tailors their experience to their needs by actively listening to them, empathizing with them, and analyzing a strategy for their desired outcome.
In 2024, Olivia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with distinction. While in law school, she was among the inaugural group of students selected for the College’s First Amendment Clinic, allowing her to obtain valuable first-hand knowledge of constitutional claims in federal court. Olivia graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for her undergraduate degree.
Olivia’s family instilled in her the values of hard work, service, and community, and she strives to implement these values in every situation. Outside of the office, she enjoys attending local Omaha events, discovering new coffee shops, and is an avid Creighton basketball and Husker football fan.
