“…I knew there was no other place where I wanted to start my legal career” – Olivia Stanek

Joining Fraser Stryker’s litigation team, Olivia Stanek represents clients in a variety of matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, trust and estate litigation, and business and commercial litigation.

Fueled by a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex problems, Olivia helps clients address intricate issues with active listening and empathy. She focuses on crafting tailored strategies, ensuring that her representation meets the demands of her client’s unique needs and goals.

Olivia earned her J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. She was a member of the inaugural group of students selected for the College’s First Amendment Clinic, giving her valuable first-hand knowledge of constitutional claims in federal court. During law school, she spent two summers at Fraser Stryker as a summer associate. “I quickly learned that the Firm finds harmony between demanding excellence and encouraging a collaborative environment. This balance isn’t always easy to achieve, and after seeing it in action during my time as a clerk, I knew there was no other place where I wanted to start my legal career,” said Olivia.

Outside the office, she enjoys attending local Omaha events, discovering new coffee shops, and is an avid Creighton basketball and Husker football fan.

Welcome to the Firm, Olivia!
