In the Midland Business Journal article, “5 Employment Practices to Watch: Insight into Evolving Practices,” Pat Barrett provided information on some employment regulation changes to monitor.

 
 

Among several significant employment regulation changes that employers should be aware of, Barrett highlighted three in the February 23, 2024 article: non-competition agreements, religious accommodations, and EEOC enforcement guidance on workplace harassment.
