Michael B. Duffy joins Fraser Stryker’s appellate, commercial litigation, white-collar defense and investigations, and environmental law and toxic torts practice areas.
Prior to starting with the Firm, Michael worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the Office of the Alabama Attorney General and an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Iowa. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal court proceedings and is driven to serve his clients with integrity. Michael believes stepping up to lead when the opportunity presents itself is crucial to being an effective attorney.
Michael graduated with his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and worked as a secondary school teacher in England prior to law school.
Outside the office, Michael enjoys running, working out with fellow members of F3 Omaha, watching movies, reading, and playing guitar.
Seth McCauley will focus his practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense and self-insured litigation, and white-collar defense and investigations practice areas.
Seth is highly competitive and analytical by nature, and he believes being an attorney puts him in the best position to help people and his community. Seth received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2020. Prior to law school, Seth received a B.A. in Business Administration from Morningside College where he was a four-year student-athlete and achieved captain honors on the men’s golf team. Outside the office, Seth enjoys playing golf, reading up on poker theory, and watching football.
