Legal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Fraser Stryker Law Firm is hiring for a Legal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to format, proofread, and transcribe correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and various other documents for multiple assignments. They utilize a variety of software, online platforms, and other programs to ensure efficiency, assist clients, answer phones at the front desk, and handle mail, email, and calendar inquiries. Assistants also maintain and monitor assigned files and deadlines as well as serve as an alternate assistant as needed.

Successful candidates have the ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft products and other software and online applications, the ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form, and excellent organizational skills. They also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities. Experience as a legal assistant and an Associate degree in legal studies is preferred.
