As a member of Fraser Stryker’s litigation team, Sean Lavery’s practice will focus on business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, and white collar defense and investigations. He will represent a variety of clients, including individuals, businesses, insurance carriers, and their insureds, in general liability matters spanning Nebraska and Iowa.
Sean has more than fifteen years of civil litigation and criminal prosecution experience, providing clients with tailored strategies and straightforward communication to drive effective outcomes. The courtroom expertise he gained as a Deputy County Attorney enhances his civil practice, sharpening his ability to advocate effectively for clients.

Sean earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Creighton University. Outside the office, Sean spends time with his wife and children and, on rare occasions, has been known to play a round of golf or attend a Creighton men’s basketball game.
