Daniel J. Ugarte’s legal practice centers on corporate law, estate planning and probate, and real estate transactions. Education and Early Experience

Earning his J.D. at the University of Nebraska College of Law, Daniel participated in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic during law school, where he worked with several clients to form their business entities and draft operating agreements. Additionally, he spent two summers as a law clerk at Fraser Stryker, working on client matters in estate planning and corporate law, confirming his desire to focus on helping individuals and businesses secure their legacies and build lasting foundations. Daniel holds a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice and an M.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Life Outside the Office

Daniel is a longtime fan of movies, TV, music, and stand-up comedy. He has a home theater setup to enjoy his favorite entertainment and regularly hosts movie nights, game nights, and trivia gatherings with friends. A passionate football fan, Daniel spends most Sundays rooting for the Seattle Seahawks.
