“I’m driven by the opportunity to help clients navigate challenges and build solutions that support long-term success.”

Isabella M. Washka focuses her legal practice on labor and employment, litigation, and government and regulatory law, helping businesses and organizations navigate workplace issues, business operations, and regulatory responsibilities.

A Client-First Approach

With a background rooted in advocacy and service, Isabella finds the most rewarding part of her work to be helping clients move closer to their goals. She is committed to building strong client relationships, believing that trust begins with a genuine effort to understand the client’s broader needs and challenges that go beyond just the immediate legal issue. Striving to provide proactive and transparent communication, Isabella ensures that clients are informed throughout the matter. Her goal is to guide clients toward practical solutions that align with their overall objectives.

Education and Early Experience

Isabella earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Morehead State University, where she was a Division 1 collegiate golfer. As a senior-certified law student in the Milton R. Abrahams Legal Clinic, she assisted clients in achieving their legal goals in family law disputes by providing thorough case preparation and maintaining clear, effective communication throughout the process. Isabella spent two summers as a law clerk at Fraser Stryker, experiences that affirmed her decision to begin her legal career at a firm where collaboration, support, and excellence are part of the culture.

Outside the Office

Isabella enjoys golfing, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around Omaha. She continues to bring the same level of curiosity and positivity to her personal interests as she does to her legal practice.
