Justin W. Pritchett is a trial attorney representing individuals, families, businesses, and non-profit organizations in various litigation matters, such as wrongful death, white-collar defense and investigations, personal injury, and environmental law.

The relief on a client's face after a successful resolution provides Justin with a compelling sense of meaning in his practice. Over the past 15 years, Justin has earned four degrees, worked in five industries, and lived in five countries on two continents. Each experience added to the immense depth of understanding that he has for his clients and the diversity of their challenges. His wide range of experience in transportation, public resource and grants management, non-profit administration, and higher education allows him to solve problems critically from a unique perspective. Justin’s calm, analytical, and decisive demeanor allows him to examine abstract cases and resources in a way that gives his clients a sense of unparalleled confidence.

During Law School, Justin interned for both the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. These experiences give him special insight into both civil and criminal matters in federal court.

Justin received his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to law school, he received a PhD from the University of Aberdeen (Aberdeen, Scotland); his MA from Regent College (Vancouver, British Columbia); and his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Christopher Newport University (Newport News, Virginia).

When Justin is not in the office, he enjoys fly-fishing, golfing, and watching his dogs and kids chase the chickens about the yard.
