Justin W. Pritchett has joined Fraser Stryker as a litigation attorney in the areas of personal injury/wrongful death, white-collar defense and investigations, and environmental law.

When asked about his reasons for joining the Firm, Justin said, “Fraser Stryker takes on such a large variety of clients and encourages its attorneys to build a book of business they actually believe in.”

Prior to joining Fraser Stryker, Justin interned with the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska as well as the Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. These experiences translated into a unique understanding of criminal and civil matters and how they play out in federal court.

Justin obtained his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 2023. While there, Justin participated in the Nebraska Volunteer Lawyers Project, Creighton Scholars Program, and achieved Creighton University’s Highest Triennial Average Award (rank 1/113). Justin received his PhD from the University of Aberdeen, his MA from Regent College, and his BA from Christopher Newport University.

Throughout his career, Justin has been featured in multiple publications, served on the Board of Directors for The Society for Wilderness Stewardship, and lived in five different countries. In his free time, Justin enjoys fly-fishing, golf, and spending time with his family and pets.
