Fraser Stryker Welcomes Curley Immigration Law to Expand Immigration Practice
Mark J. Curley practices immigration law, representing businesses, families, and individuals, with a focus on strategies to secure temporary and permanent immigration benefits. Clients value Mark’s honesty, compassion, and efficiency. Each client has a unique story to tell, and he takes the time to listen and provide clear, realistic advice about options.
Mark assists employers and employees with business immigration matters, including employment-based visas and permanent residence. He works with companies to address workforce needs and changing regulatory requirements. With over 30 years of experience in immigration law, he works with government officials daily to achieve the best outcomes for his clients and is respected as an ethical, trustworthy advocate.
A large part of Mark’s practice is helping families stay together in the United States. He counsels clients through family-based petitions, permanent residence, and naturalization, and guides them through each step of the process. Although immigration can be a challenging area in which to practice, Mark finds it deeply rewarding to witness his clients’ joy when their green cards are approved or when they take the oath of allegiance to become U.S. citizens.
Before joining Fraser Stryker, Mark was Managing Partner of Curley Immigration Law, PC LLO from 1999 to 2025. Mark was drawn to immigration law because of its complexity and the need for assistance in navigating it. Clients often tell him they appreciate that he will tell them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.
Outside of his practice, Mark and his spouse enjoy traveling the world, including frequent visits to their daughter in Northern Ireland. At home, he enjoys pickleball, gardening, and cheering for the Creighton Bluejays.
