Olivia A. Persson focuses her legal practice on business and corporate law, real estate transactions, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. Known for her conscientious approach to her law practice, Olivia works with clients to ensure their transactions and long-term plans are accurately reviewed. Clients value her detailed work and ability to simplify complex legal matters while providing clear communication throughout.

Whether guiding a family through an estate plan or supporting a business in a real estate or corporate transaction, Olivia’s collaborative approach fosters strong relationships and efficient results. She strives to keep clients informed throughout every step and takes pride in partnering with clients to tackle challenges and achieve meaningful, impactful outcomes.

Education and Early Experience

Olivia earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While there, she served as a student attorney in the Estate Planning Clinic, providing estate planning services to senior citizens in rural communities. Olivia also earned valuable in-house experience as an associate for an agricultural technology company, as well as experience with complex real estate and finance transactions at a national firm.

Before law school, Olivia established a strong base in communication and project management through experience in other professional roles that required coordinating across teams and managing multiple projects. She holds a B.A. in Communication, with a minor in Public Relations, from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Outside the Office

When she is not assisting clients, Olivia likes to travel with her husband and spend time with family and friends.
