Fraser Stryker Adds McKayla Celis to Corporate and Transactional Law Team

McKayla Celis has joined Fraser Stryker PC LLO as an associate attorney who focuses her practice on business and corporate law, real estate, and estate planning, with additional experience in immigration matters. She works with businesses, organizations, and individuals to navigate complex legal issues and develop practical, strategic solutions aligned with their goals.

McKayla earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2026. During law school, she received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research and Writing, Civil Procedure, and Property. As a senior certified student attorney in Creighton’s Bankruptcy Clinic, she gained hands-on experience assisting clients with legal matters, evaluating complex issues, and developing practical solutions.

She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from Utah State University, earned in 2017. Her educational background in business and human resources complements her legal practice and informs her work with businesses, organizations, and individuals navigating corporate, transactional, real estate, and estate planning matters.

Before entering the legal profession, McKayla spent five years as a judicial assistant to a judge in Utah. This experience sparked her interest in the law and provided valuable insight into the judicial system, the importance of preparation, and the attention to detail required to navigate complex legal matters.

McKayla combines a strong work ethic and strategic problem-solving skills with a commitment to building meaningful client relationships. She believes effective legal representation begins with listening, understanding each client’s priorities, and developing a clear path forward. By communicating clearly, setting realistic expectations, and remaining responsive throughout the process, McKayla strives to ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.
