Employee Benefits Attorney

Fraser Stryker PC LLO seeks to hire an employee benefits attorney with three to six years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate has experience drafting and advising employers regarding qualified retirement plans, ESOPs, health and welfare plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans.  This individual also has a working knowledge of employee benefits laws including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code and executive compensation programs.

 Our Compensation & Benefits Package

Our compensation is at or near the top of the market in every category, and is one of the reasons for our low turnover rate. In addition, our attorneys receive numerous benefits, including:
