Michael joins the firm with experience in advising individuals and families on estate plans, trust administration, business succession planning, and sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. In addition, he counsels business owners and operators on entity formation, governance, and other corporate transactional matters. A solutions-oriented attorney, Michael carefully analyzes complicated fact patterns to identify potential issues, then develops a pragmatic solution that enables clients to carry out their objectives.
A current member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council, Michael graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska. Outside the office, he enjoys bicycling, golfing, watching Husker football, and spending time with his wife, dog, and two cats.
