Nebraska State Supreme Court Reaffirms Multi-Million Dollar Judgement

The Nebraska State Supreme court has reaffirmed a multi-million dollar judgment in favor of Omaha-based software company Baldwin Hackett & Meeks.

 
 

In September of 2015, a jury sided with Baldwin in a suit asserting that rival firm ACI had cost Balwdim a multi-million dollar contract due to a lawsuit filed by ACI alleging software pirating by Baldwin.
