A jury recently awarded Omaha-based software developer Baldwin Hackett & Meeks (BHMI) $43.8 million dollar in a suit against rival software firm ACI Worldwide.

This jury award, issued in Douglas County Court, is believed to be the largest to date in Nebraska and represents the second time that a jury has found in favor of Coyle’s client in suits between the two competing software companies.

BHMI was represented by Mike Coyle of Fraser Stryker PC LLO and his team, including colleague Timothy Thalken.
