Q: What has been the most rewarding aspect of your legal career so far?
A: I’ve been fortunate in my career to work with many truly extraordinary clients and co-workers on projects of deep interest to me. Whether they were complex commercial transactions or corporate projects, I have continued to value the opportunity to learn and grow–and to share the experience I’ve gained with those for whom I am fortunate to work.
Q: How do you approach building strong relationships with your clients?
A: I work to ensure that my clients know I will be a trusted advisor, and value the opportunity to work with them to help them address the legal issues and risks they encounter.
Q: What role does mentorship play in your career, and have you had any influential mentors?
A: Throughout my legal career, I have been so fortunate to have truly great mentors along the way. It’s in that spirit of collegiality and professional development, that I am inspired and responsible to work with younger attorneys to provide what insights I can.
Q: What is your favorite way to unwind after a busy day or week?
A: Away from work I enjoy traveling, gardening, hiking, and just spending time with my family and friends.
