Benjamin Novotny’s practice is built around business and corporate law, and litigation. Ben advises clients on a wide array of issues in real estate transactions, telecommunications, technology and licensing, and finance. Ben takes time to understand the needs and priorities of his clients, then partners with them to work towards the best possible solution. Additionally, Ben’s provides services to the Firm’s clients in insurance defense and self-insured litigation.
Ben completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2016, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in History and Economics, with distinction. He earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University in 2019, magna cum laude. Ben is admitted in Nebraska.
