Fraser Stryker proudly welcomes David G. Anderson (“Dave”) to the Firm’s Business & Corporate team. With more than 25 years of combined law firm and in-house experience, Dave has provided legal counsel to clients of all sizes—from publicly traded companies to family-owned businesses—on complex matters such as M&A, real estate, corporate governance, joint ventures, franchise law, and commercial contract negotiations. By leveraging his diverse experience, Dave helps strengthen the Firm’s ability to support businesses through every stage of growth and transition.

“I look forward to learning from the talented attorneys at the Firm and am eager to contribute meaningfully from the start, while continuing to grow as a lawyer,” said Dave. “Over the next few years, I hope to deepen my expertise in my practice area while continuing to build strong relationships with clients and my colleagues.”

A seasoned legal professional, Dave has counseled clients on complex business transactions both domestically and internationally, delivering results across a broad range of industries and global markets. As a senior in-house counsel, he held key executive legal roles including Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for a publicly traded company, and Chief Legal Officer for a high-growth, entrepreneurial company.

Outside of work, Dave is a sports enthusiast, enjoying daily workouts and staying active with his children and grandchildren.
