Fraser Stryker PC LLO has signed a lease to relocate its Omaha, Nebraska, office from the Energy Plaza Building to a state-of-the-art building in the Builder’s District. The building was developed by Noddle Companies, which also serves as the master developer of the district. The Firm plans to complete the relocation to 1501 Mike Fahey Street in 2026. By choosing the Builder’s District for its new office, Fraser Stryker is reinforcing its commitment to a high-quality work environment and an elevated client experience.
“The Energy Plaza Building has been the iconic home for Fraser Stryker for more than 65 years, and we’re proud of the history and relationships built there,” said Michael Coyle, partner at the Firm. “As a firm that has served Omaha for more than 125 years, this move represents a strategic investment in our future and positions us for continued growth in a premier downtown location.”

Enhanced features include a bright, welcoming environment for visitors, modern offices, high-tech conference spaces, private access to a rooftop deck, and expansive views of downtown Omaha. The new location will bring employees, clients, and community partners together in a dynamic setting designed for collaboration, efficiency, and accessibility.
“We’re excited to remain in downtown Omaha and to establish our office in the Builder’s District, an area that reflects the city’s growth and energy,” said Travis Tyler, partner at the Firm. “Its proximity to the College World Series, entertainment venues, and new development creates an engaging environment for connection and community involvement.”
The building is Omaha’s first hybrid timber commercial structure and includes tenants such as Noddle Companies, The Root Coworking, and Fly Fitness, with additional tenants coming soon.

About Builder’s District
The 10-block Builder’s District is a mixed-use development in North Downtown Omaha, blocks from Charles Schwab Field, home of the Men’s College World Series, and the CHI Health Center Arena. Anchored by the Kiewit Corporation’s world headquarters, a new urban park called “Film Streams on the Green” opened in the Builder’s District last summer, with additional plans for the area to include a 12-story destination hotel, multi-family residential apartments, and condominiums, restaurant and retail space, and parking structures. In addition, Creighton University’s new Fly Together will be located across 17th Street from the Builder’s District.
