Terrence W. (T.W.) Huntington Jr.

Terrence W. (T.W.) Huntington counsels individuals and families with business succession and estate planning needs. From young families just starting out to those with generational wealth and multiple layers of planning needs, T.W. makes a conscientious effort to carefully listen to his clients’ needs, and then formulate an estate or business succession plan that protects their wealth and business for future generations.

Having worked for several years as a Trust Advisor after law school, T.W. brings a unique perspective and industry knowledge to his law practice. Additionally, T.W. has received a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association, which demonstrates “…expertise in the trust and financial advisor field while recognizing the growing client relationship skills necessary to be a successful wealth manager.”

T.W. earned his Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law in 2013. T.W. received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Creighton University. Outside of the office, T.W. enjoys staying active with running and watching sports, including Huskers football and Creighton basketball, and spending time with his wife Alicia, daughter Isabel, and German Shepherd/Labrador Retriever mix Samson.
