The addition of Curley Immigration Law strengthens Fraser Stryker’s Immigration practice and enhances the firm’s ability to counsel businesses and individuals navigating U.S. immigration matters. “This move is a meaningful expansion for both firms. Mark Curley and his team complement our existing capabilities and position Fraser Stryker to meet the growing needs of our clients,” said Michael Coyle, partner at Fraser Stryker.
The team joining Fraser Stryker includes attorney Mark J. Curley, paralegals Kathryn Bass and Miranda Lopez, and legal administrative assistant Estaphany Avelino. Founded in 1999, Curley Immigration Law has been dedicated exclusively to U.S. immigration and naturalization.
“Our priority has always been providing thoughtful, strategic immigration representation,” said Curley. “Becoming part of Fraser Stryker strengthens our ability to do that while maintaining the personalized approach our clients have come to expect.”
The Curley Immigration Law team advises clients on employment-based and family-based immigration. Mr. Curley’s extensive appellate experience includes preserving issues for appeal and representing clients in motions, briefs, and oral arguments before immigration courts and federal appellate courts.
“Mark and his team share our commitment to client service,” said Kristin Crone, Immigration partner at Fraser Stryker. “Their addition allows us to deliver even stronger, more comprehensive immigration solutions for our clients.”
The Curley Immigration Law team has relocated to Fraser Stryker’s office at 409 South 17th Street in downtown Omaha.
